In short
Creamatch is a Malaysian creator-marketing platform. Brands and agencies find Malaysian creators and run UGC, influencer (KOL) and Threads campaigns in one workspace, from brief and creator shortlist to script and video approval, delivery and invoices. Brands can run campaigns themselves (self-serve) or have the Creamatch team manage them.
The problem
Creator marketing grew. The way it is run did not.
Briefs in spreadsheets, videos in Drive folders, approvals in WhatsApp. Nobody owns the whole process, so things slip.

The moment
The problem was never the creators.
Running creator campaigns, we kept seeing the same thing. Different brands, same problems. Different creators, same frustrations.
The creators were fine. What was missing was one system that the brand, the creator and the team could all work in.
