1. Who we are and these terms

Creamatch (crea-match.com) is run by Vantora Creative Sdn Bhd (202501019613 (1621026-X)). By creating an account or using Creamatch you agree to these terms. Brands, creators and partners also have their own short terms, linked in sections 13 to 15.

2. What Creamatch does

Creamatch connects brands with Malaysian content creators. Brands brief a campaign, we match approved creators to it, creators make scripts, videos and posts, the brand reviews them, and we pay the creators. We also sell fixed packages (for example KOL, Threads seeding, affiliate and event packages) that run on the same platform.

We do not promise views, sales, follower growth or that a particular creator will take a campaign. Results depend on the content, the platform and the audience.

3. Accounts

• You must give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Creators must be reviewed and approved before they can apply to campaigns. A brand account can add team members up to the seats its plan allows; the account owner is responsible for them.

4. Prices and payment

• You see the full price before you pay. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Managed campaigns: A 10% deposit unlocks your creator shortlist and is credited to your campaign; the rest is paid after you confirm your creators.
• Self-serve campaigns: You pay only after you confirm your creators.
• Packages (KOL, Threads seeding, affiliate, Ramadan, event and similar) are paid 100% upfront.
• Creators start work only once the campaign is paid in full, unless our team has agreed a different arrangement for that campaign (for example credit terms approved by our finance team). Approved credit terms have a due date; if a payment under them becomes overdue, new work on that campaign pauses until it is paid.
• Payments are handled by our payment providers (Stripe and CHIP), by FPX online banking, card or other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
• Our services carry 8% Service Tax (SST), registration number W10-2509-32000588. Prices on our pages say whether they include SST; quotations and invoices show SST on its own line.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Content and rights

• The brand owns the final delivered content once the campaign is delivered and paid for.
• Creators grant usage rights as set out in their creator agreement.
• Creamatch may show campaign content in its own portfolio and marketing unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable use

• No fake engagement: bought followers, likes, views or comments.
• No ghosting: if you cannot deliver what you agreed, tell the other side and our team early.
• Be honest and professional with brands, creators and the Creamatch team.

7. Our platform

The Creamatch name, logo, website and software belong to Vantora Creative Sdn Bhd. You may use them only to use Creamatch as intended.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Creamatch, including lost profits or results a campaign did not achieve.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, fraud, fake engagement, abuse of other users or our team, or a serious or repeated breach of these terms. You can close your account at any time; see Data Deletion. Money already owed on either side is settled first.

10. Referral program

1. Refer a brand: they get RM100 off their first campaign (RM1,990+), and you earn RM150 in your wallet 14 days after they pay.
2. Refer a brand: they get RM100 off their first campaign (RM1,990+), and you get RM150 as campaign credit 14 days after they pay.
3. Invite creators: get half of your friend's first job payout, up to RM25, when the brand approves their first work.
4. Only the referred brand's first paid campaign counts, and only when its value excluding SST (before the referral discount) is at least RM1,990. A campaign that is cancelled or refunded before the reward is paid earns no reward; a partial refund that takes the value left below RM1,990 cancels it. Creamatch staff and partners do not earn these rewards.
5. Creator rewards go into the Creamatch wallet and are paid with the normal Friday creator payouts. Brand rewards are campaign credit, not cash, and are non-refundable.
6. Self-referrals (the same person, email, company email domain or phone number) earn nothing. Links with unusual sign-up activity are held for review, and fraudulent referrals lead to cancelled rewards and a closed account.
7. We may change or end the referral program with 30 days' notice.

11. Campaign credits

1. Campaign credit can be used towards the price of your campaigns. 1 credit = RM1.
2. Credit is valid for 12 months from the day it is added to your account, then it expires.
3. Credit has no cash value, cannot be refunded and cannot be moved to another account.

12. Products, barter and shipping

1. On product campaigns the brand sends the product to each creator and adds the tracking number in Creamatch, or, on TikTok Shop sample campaigns, approves the creator's free sample request in TikTok Shop.
2. Hybrid barter campaigns (product plus cash) need a cash part of at least 30% of the product value.
3. Pure barter campaigns (product only) carry a management fee per creator, plus SST.
4. Creamatch is not liable for products lost or damaged by a courier. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

13. For brands

The full brand terms are at /terms/brands. In short:

• Give a clear, accurate brief and reply to review requests in good time.
• Each video or post includes 2 rounds of changes. After that you can ask for an extra round; our team reviews each request, and nothing extra is ever charged without your agreement.
• Payment, refunds and credit terms work as set out in section 4 and the refund policy.

14. For creators

The full creator terms are at /terms/creators. In short:

• Meet the draft and posting dates you agreed to, or ask for the extension the app offers before you are late.
• Missed deadlines and no-shows can lead to strikes. Strikes expire and can be appealed.
• You are paid for approved work once the brand's payment has cleared, by bank transfer in the Friday batch after you request a payout. See how payouts work.
• No fake engagement, and tell us early if you cannot deliver.

15. For partners

The full partner terms are at /terms/partners. In short, existing partners earn a talent override on creators who agreed to it, paid in the Friday batch. New agencies join Creamatch as brand (client) accounts.

16. Connected social accounts

• Connecting a Threads, Instagram, Facebook Page or TikTok account is optional. You authorise Creamatch on the platform's own sign-in screen and can disconnect at any time in Creamatch or in the platform's settings.
• Creamatch posts only the content you choose, with your caption and settings, at the time you choose. You stay responsible for what is posted on your account and for following each platform's rules, including marking paid campaign videos as a paid partnership or branded content.
• Platforms can change, limit or switch off their APIs at any time. A scheduled post may be delayed or fail; when it fails we tell you, and you can still post by hand. Creamatch is not liable for a post a platform refuses, removes or delays.
• When a creator posts a campaign video through a connected account, its public link is recorded on the campaign exactly as if it had been submitted by hand, and the normal checks apply.

17. Content library licensing

1. Delivered content is only offered for licensing to other brands if the creator agreed to it.
2. Creators earn 70% of each licence fee; Creamatch keeps 30%. The brand that first paid for the content has no share.
3. An exclusive licence stops that piece of content being licensed again.
4. Creamatch may remove content from the library at any time.

18. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
