1. Who can join
- You must be based in Malaysia and give accurate profile, contact and bank details.
- Social creators need a real, active account. Accounts with at least 100 followers (50 for Threads seeders), a profile photo and a niche can be approved automatically; the rest are checked by a person. UGC creators are judged on the sample videos they upload, not on followers.
- Every account is reviewed before it can apply to campaigns. We may ask you to fix something first, or decline accounts that look fake or do not meet our standards. After a decline you can apply again 30 days later.
2. Your public profile
Once approved you get a public creator profile. A complete profile is public and can appear in Google and other search engines so brands can find you. Your phone number, email, address, bank details and social links are never shown on it. You can switch off “Show my profile on Google” or hide your profile at any time in Settings → Privacy & visibility. The full list of where your name and photo can appear is in the Privacy Policy.
3. Applying and getting selected
- Some campaigns ask screening questions or, for live host campaigns, a sample of a live you have done. You need to answer these to apply.
- Applying does not guarantee a place. The brand and our team choose the lineup.
- When you are selected, confirm your slot in the app. If you do not, the slot can be given to someone else.
4. Deadlines and the brief
- Each campaign shows your dates: apply by, draft due and post by. Meet them, and keep the team updated.
- If you need more time, you can ask for one extension per campaign in the app (up to 7 days), up to 2 days after the draft was due.
- Follow the brief. If the brand changes it after you are selected, you will be asked to read the change before your next submission.
- Brands can ask for up to 2 rounds of changes per script, video or post, within the brief.
5. Strikes
Missed deadlines, not delivering after receiving a product, or similar problems can lead to a warning or a strike. How it works:
- A strike expires 90 days after it is given.
- You can appeal a strike once, within 14 days, from the Strikes page in the app.
- Active strikes lower your place in matching. At 3 active strikes you cannot apply to new campaigns for 30 days; work you already have continues.
- If you are removed from a campaign while holding the brand's product, you must return it or its value may be deducted from your unpaid earnings.
6. Getting paid
- Your earning is created when your work is approved, and you can withdraw it once the brand's payment for that campaign has cleared.
- Payouts are not automatic. You request them from your Wallet; our finance team approves the request and pays it by bank transfer in the Friday batch after the request.
- Creamatch charges no withdrawal fee. On managed campaigns there is no Creamatch fee on your payout; on self-serve campaigns a 5% transaction fee is taken from the agreed rate, shown before you apply.
- Payouts are open for Malaysian creator wallets. Indonesian payouts are not open yet.
- Your bank account number is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to pay you. Full details: how Creamatch pays creators.
7. Content ownership
On delivery and payment, the brand owns the final delivered content. Any extra usage rights follow your creator agreement. Creamatch may feature delivered work in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed.
8. Code of conduct
- No fake engagement (bought followers, likes or views).
- No ghosting: if you cannot deliver what you agreed, tell us early.
- Be honest and professional with brands and the Creamatch team.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or close creator accounts for repeated missed deadlines, fake engagement, ghosting, fraud or breach of these terms. We do not ban anyone automatically: a person on our team reviews it first.
