1. Who these terms are for
These terms cover existing Creamatch partners who manage or refer creators. We no longer take new partner sign-ups: agencies that want to run campaigns join as a brand account through the agency page.
2. Talent override
- You can link creators you manage to your partner account through your invite link. A linked creator earns you an override: a percentage of that creator's Creamatch earnings, shown in your partner dashboard.
- The override must be shown clearly to the creator and accepted by them before it applies. No override starts without the creator's explicit consent.
- The override is earned when the creator's earning is actually paid to them, not before.
3. Brand referrals
Partner codes no longer earn a reward or give a discount to referred brands; partners earn through the talent override instead. Brand referral rewards recorded under the earlier program are still paid as shown in your commission ledger.
4. Payouts
- Request a payout from your partner dashboard once your balance reaches RM50.
- Approved requests are paid by bank transfer in the Friday batch, together with creator payouts.
- A balance below the minimum stays in your account for the next request.
5. Code of conduct
- No self-referrals, fake accounts or made-up leads.
- Represent Creamatch honestly. No misleading claims to brands or creators.
- Respect creator consent for every talent override.
6. Ending the partnership
Fraud voids the rewards it touched and may close your partner account. We may change or end the partner program with 30 days' notice.
