The Open buttons copy the URL for you, then open the page where you add a connector. When you connect, you sign in with your Creamatch login. Team members act for the account that invited them.

Claude (claude.ai and the Claude apps)

  1. Open Claude → Customize → Connectors.
  2. Click “+ Add”, then “Add custom connector”. Name it Creamatch, paste the connector URL and click Continue. Keep the default sign-in settings and click Add.
  3. Click Connect, sign in with your Creamatch account, then click “Connect Creamatch”.
  4. In a chat, turn Creamatch on from the tools menu and ask away.

Team and Enterprise plans: an Owner adds it once under Organization settings → Connectors, then each person clicks Connect. Claude Free allows one custom connector.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT → Plugins (on the web).
  2. Click the + button, then “Add custom MCP server”. Name it Creamatch and paste the connector URL.
  3. Choose OAuth for authentication, accept the notice and create it.
  4. Sign in with your Creamatch account when asked, then type @ in a new chat and pick Creamatch.

Custom MCP servers depend on your ChatGPT plan; on Business and Enterprise workspaces an admin may need to allow them first.

Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients

  1. Add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) with the connector URL; the client opens a Creamatch sign-in.
  2. Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http creamatch https://app.crea-match.com/api/mcp
  3. Cursor: Settings → MCP → Add new server, or add it to mcp.json under "mcpServers".

What is the Creamatch connector for AI assistants?

It is a remote MCP server (Model Context Protocol, an open standard) at https://app.crea-match.com/api/mcp. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, sign in with your Creamatch login, and the assistant can find creators, plan campaigns, prepare brief drafts, show drafts waiting for approval, check shipping and read results for your account.

Which assistants does it work with?

Claude (claude.ai and the Claude apps), ChatGPT on the web, Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients that support remote servers with OAuth sign-in. Claude Free allows one custom connector; in ChatGPT, custom MCP servers depend on your plan and workspace settings.

Does it cost extra?

No. The connector is included on every Creamatch plan, Free included. You only pay for campaigns you choose to run, in the Creamatch app.

Can the assistant pay for a campaign or book a creator?

No. Payments never go through the assistant; you pay in the Creamatch app. Creators you ask for are a request: they are invited first, they can decline, and we offer alternatives.

What can the assistant see?

Only your own account and campaigns. Creator search returns public profile cards — never phone numbers, emails, addresses, bank details, rates or payouts.

Will it approve drafts or launch a campaign on its own?

No. Approving a draft needs your explicit OK in the chat, and a brief it prepares stays a private draft until you review and launch it in the app.

Do I need a Creamatch account?

Yes. Sign up free as a brand, then connect your assistant from the AI assistants page in your Creamatch portal.

How do I disconnect?

Remove Creamatch from your assistant's connector settings. If you want us to revoke access on our side too, contact support.
